PETALING JAYA: An early morning downpour caused massive congestion on several roads and expressways in the Klang Valley on Friday morning.
On the MRR2, traffic is slow due to an overturned trailer near Flamingo Hotel, reported Star Media Radio Group (SMRG) Traffic.
Only one lane is passable and traffic is reported to be backed up from the Taman Billion roundabout.
On, the Federal Highway, congestion is reported from the Sungai Rasau toll to Shah Alam and from the Selangor roundabout to the Batu Tiga intersection.
Traffic is also slow from the Batu Tiga toll to the Templer intersection, and from the Templer intersection to the Damansara-Puchong Highway (LDP).
Heavy traffic is also reported from PJ Hilton to Mid Valley and from Kerinchi to the EPF building in Petaling Jaya.
On Jalan Instana, traffic is slow from TUDM to the Royal Museum because of an accident involving a lorry while on Jalan Tuanku Abdul Halim, traffic is heavy from the NKVE Duta toll to Jalan Damansara.
Meanwhile, on Old Klang Road, traffic is slow from Pearl Point Hotel to Mid Valley.–thestar.com.my
